Diana Fenves is a writer and designer based in Raleigh, North Carolina, but she was born and raised in Dallas, Texas.

Her work is inspired by the Hungarian expression: “Life is hopeless, but not serious.” She loves the tension that exists between hopelessness and hilarity. The delicate balance of humor and darkness is the foundation for her voice as a writer. This often takes the form of satire. However, as a nonlinear storyteller interested in alternative structures, she believes in crossing the boundaries between genres and mediums when it benefits the narrative.
