Represented by Zoë Plant
Kyla Jardine is a genre-crossing writer and spoken word artist from London, who has been in love with storytelling since she was a child. Armed with a BA in Literature, a MA in Creative Writing and a well-cultivated caffeine habit, Kyla has spent over a decade working in media and communications. After years of telling other people’s stories, Kyla decided it was time to tell her own. She lives with a sassy cat called Luna, a developing colony of houseplants, and a backlog of books vying for attention.
She’s currently writing her first novel, which won second prize in the Gollancz and Rivers of London BAME SFF Award.
