Rebecca K Reilly (Ngāti Hine, Ngāti Rehua Ngātiwai ki Aotea), born1991, is a Māori novelist from Waitākere, New Zealand.

She has a BA (Hons) in German and European Studies from the University of Auckland and a Master of Arts from the International Institute of Modern Letters at Victoria University of Wellington, where she won the Adam Foundation Prize in Creative Writing for 2019.

Her first book, Greta & Valdin, was published in New Zealand in 2021, where it has spent over a year on the top ten national bestseller list and won the Hubert Church Prize for Fiction and the Aotearoa Booksellers’ Choice Award. It will be published in 2024 by Hutchinson Heinemann (UK) and Avid Reader Press (North America).
